What we collect

• Messages you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email: your name, number or email address, vehicle details, photos and the content of your request.
• Technical data recorded by our web server for security and to keep the site working: IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type.
• Analytics data (pages visited, device type, approximate location) — only if analytics is active on the site and you accept it in the cookie banner.

Why we use it

To answer your requests, prepare quotes, book and carry out work on your vehicle, protect the website against misuse, and — with your consent — understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell personal data.

Third parties

WhatsApp (Meta), Google Maps and Instagram are used when you click on them or view the map on our contact page; they process data under their own privacy policies. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics processes usage data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Messages and job information are kept for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting obligations. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to admin@bellamotordubai.com. We handle requests in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.
