Terms & conditions
- The inspection discount applies only to pre-purchase and general inspections — not to estimates or diagnostic assessments for major interventions such as an engine overhaul. A summary of the outcome is included; a full report with pictures is not.
- The inspection must be booked in advance, subject to workshop availability.
- The EPP discount must be requested at the time of booking and is redeemed on presentation of the Emirates Platinum Card (physical or in the mobile app).
- Offers are valid only for vehicles registered to the EPP member, as shown on the vehicle registration card (Mulkiya).
- Total discounts are capped at AED 3,000 per member per calendar year, all offers combined.
- The mechanical labour discount excludes parts, materials, fluids and outsourced services (e.g. pick-up, recovery, disc skimming, programming).
- The paint & selected aesthetic works discount covers paint work, peelable paint and dent repair with a dent puller only. PDR, PPF, wrapping, detailing, polishing, ceramic coating, tinting, leather painting, upholstery, body kits, carbon repairs and outsourced services (e.g. chroming, anodising) are excluded.
- Body kit installation and body kit work are excluded from all discounts.
- Discounts cannot be combined with any other discount or promotional offer.
- Buy Now, Pay Later options (e.g. Tabby) are not available when an EPP discount is applied.
