Ford Repair & Service in Dubai
Mustang, F-150 Raptor, Explorer and the Ford GT — V8 and EcoBoost engines, 10-speed gearboxes and off-road suspension
Ford’s UAE line-up is built around two engines: the 5.0 Coyote V8 (Mustang GT, F-150) and the EcoBoost twin-turbo family (2.3 four-cylinder, 2.7 and 3.5 V6). Most current models share the 10R80 10-speed automatic. Add the Raptor’s long-travel suspension and the Shelby and Ford GT performance cars, and the workshop needs ranges from desert recovery to track preparation.
Bella Motor is an independent workshop. We are not a Ford dealer and not authorised by Ford.

Coyote 5.0 V8
A robust, high-revving V8 with port and (from Gen 3) direct injection. A light ticking at idle is normal injector noise on direct-injection versions. We separate it from lifter or valvetrain noise with a stethoscope. Some Gen 3 engines consume oil, so we measure it rather than guess.
EcoBoost V6
On earlier 3.5 EcoBoost engines, cam-phaser rattle at cold start and timing-chain stretch are known issues. Direct injection also builds up carbon on the intake valves. Intercooler condensation and boost leaks show up as misfire codes under load.
10R80 10-speed automatic
Harsh or confused shifts on the 10-speed are often adaptive. A battery disconnect or a new software calibration resets them and they relearn. Fluid level is checked at temperature with a specific procedure. We look at data before any hardware decision.
Raptor suspension
The Raptor’s Fox internal-bypass shocks are serviceable: oil, seals and nitrogen. After seasons of dune use they fade and leak. We rebuild or replace them and check ball joints, CV joints and steering components that take the same punishment.
Mustang and Shelby
Mustangs are often modified: exhausts, intakes, superchargers, wheels. We fit performance parts and check the supporting systems: cooling, fuel, brakes and differential. Shelby GT350 and GT500 have their own high-performance cooling and brake systems.
What we check
- Valvetrain vs injector noise on Coyote V8
- Cam phaser and timing chain on EcoBoost
- 10R80 shift adaptation and fluid level
- Fox shock condition after desert use
- Ball joints, CV joints and steering on Raptor
- Cooling and brakes on modified Mustangs

Questions
My Mustang GT ticks at idle. Is it a problem?
On direct-injection Coyote engines, a light tick is normal injector noise. We listen with a stethoscope to rule out valvetrain issues.
My F-150’s 10-speed shifts harshly. Does it need repair?
Often it needs an adaptive relearn or a software calibration, not a repair. We check data and fluid level first.
Can Raptor Fox shocks be rebuilt?
Yes. They are serviceable — oil, seals and nitrogen — and should be after heavy dune use.
Do you restore classic Mustangs and Broncos?
Yes. Bodywork, paint and mechanicals are part of our restoration work.
Are you a Ford dealer?
No. Bella Motor is an independent workshop, not affiliated with or authorised by Ford.
