Bentley Repair & Service in Dubai

W12 and V8 drivetrains, air suspension and hand-finished interiors — worked on with the patience a 2.5-tonne car needs

Since 2003 Bentley has shared engineering with the Volkswagen Group: the W12 and 4.0 V8 engines, all-wheel drive and the electronic architecture. A Bentley adds mass, insulation and hand-finished materials on top of that base. That changes how heat, wear and electrical load behave. A Continental GT or Bentayga weighs about 2.2–2.5 tonnes, and brakes, tyres, bushes and air springs feel it.

Bella Motor is an independent workshop, not a Bentley retailer, and not authorised by Bentley Motors. We diagnose with a full scan of all control units, measure before replacing, and quote in writing.

Pick-up and recovery available on request.

The W12 and the 4.0 V8

The 6.0 twin-turbo W12 packs twelve cylinders into a short block. Coolant pipes, hoses and turbo feed lines run in a hot, tight valley that is hard to reach. Small coolant or oil seeps there are common with age and heat. The 4.0 twin-turbo V8 has its turbos inside the V (“hot-V”), which puts heat right at the hoses, sensors and wiring above it. We inspect these areas with the engine covers off at every major service.

Gearboxes

First- and second-generation Continentals and the Flying Spur use ZF torque-converter automatics (6- and 8-speed). The third-generation Continental GT and Flying Spur use an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission. Each needs its own fluid, procedure and adaptation reset. We check the fluid level at the specified temperature, because a few hundred millilitres matter.

Air suspension and active roll control

Air springs and adaptive dampers are standard. On Bentayga and later models, a 48 V electric active anti-roll system (Bentley Dynamic Ride) is added. Ageing air springs leak slowly. The first sign is often the car sitting low on one corner after a night parked. We leak-test springs, lines and the valve block before touching the compressor.

Electrical load

Seat heating and ventilation, massage, climate zones and a large infotainment system draw a lot of power, especially when the car sits in a hot car park with standby systems running. Many “random” faults on a Bentley start with a tired battery. We test the battery and charging system first and register a new battery to the car.

Hide, veneer and paint

Bentley interiors use real hide and wood veneers with lacquered finishes. Some cleaning chemicals sold for car interiors dull the lacquer or dry the leather. Exterior colours are often multi-layer with a deep clear coat. We measure paint thickness before any machine polishing, so correction stays within the clear coat.

[ WHAT WE CHECK ]

What we check

  • Coolant and oil seeps in the W12 / V8 valley and turbo lines
  • Air springs, valve block and compressor duty
  • Battery health, charging and standby drain
  • Brake disc and pad wear relative to the car’s mass
  • Front and rear bushes and anti-roll bar links
  • Paint thickness before any correction

[ FAQ ]

Questions

My Continental GT sits low on one corner in the morning. What is it?

Most often an air spring leaking at the folds, sometimes a line or the valve block. We pressurise and leak-test each component. Replacing the compressor alone usually fails again, because the leak is still there.

Why does my Bentley show several warnings at once?

Low voltage is the most common cause. Many control units log faults when the battery sags, especially after the car has been parked in heat. We test and, if needed, replace and register the battery, clear the faults and re-scan before chasing individual codes.

Can the hide seats be repaired instead of replaced?

Wear on bolsters, scuffs and colour loss can usually be cleaned, repaired and recoloured. Tears through the hide need a panel replacement. We show you the options after inspection.

Can you service a Bentley under warranty?

We can do the work. Whether an independent service affects your warranty or service plan depends on its terms, so check them first. We record every part and fluid on the invoice.

Are you a Bentley dealer?

No. Bella Motor is an independent workshop, not affiliated with or authorised by Bentley Motors.
