Ferrari Repair & Service in Dubai
Mid- and front-engined V8s and V12s, F1 and dual-clutch gearboxes, carbon-ceramic brakes and paint
Ferrari ownership in Dubai has three enemies: heat, short trips and long periods parked. Engines that are rarely brought to full temperature collect moisture in the oil. Batteries go flat in weeks. Soft-touch interior coatings turn sticky in the sun. Most of our Ferrari work starts there, before any performance question.
Bella Motor is an independent workshop. We are not a Ferrari dealer and not authorised by Ferrari. We tell you openly which jobs we do in-house and which need the manufacturer’s network, for example certain software updates and warranty work.
Pick-up and recovery available on request.
V8 generations
The 360 Modena (F131) uses cambelts that must be replaced on time, not only on mileage — a belt that ages in heat can fail before its kilometres. From the F430 (F136) onward the V8s are chain-driven. The turbocharged F154 family (California T, 488, F8, Portofino, Roma) adds turbos, intercoolers and more heat under the rear deck. Coolant hoses and engine-bay rubber age faster here.
F1 single-clutch gearboxes
360, F430, 599 and 612 use the F1 automated manual: a conventional clutch operated by a hydraulic actuator and pump. The clutch wears like any clutch, and wear can be read from the control unit as a percentage or as kiss-point data. We read it before recommending replacement, and check the pump, accumulator and fluid. A slow, buzzing pump is often the first warning.
Dual-clutch gearboxes
California, 458, 488 and F8 use a 7-speed dual-clutch transaxle. SF90, Roma and 296 use an 8-speed unit. They are reliable, but sensitive to fluid condition, temperature and software. Shift flare or harsh low-speed engagement needs data and a fluid check before any hardware decision.
Carbon-ceramic brakes
Carbon-ceramic discs wear by losing mass as well as thickness. Wear is checked by weighing or measuring against the specification stamped on the disc, not by eye. Cold, low-speed use can make them squeal without being worn. We measure and tell you how much life remains, because replacement is a significant decision.
Nose lift, electrics and interior
Front-axle lift systems are hydraulic and are used often on Dubai ramps. They leak with age. Sticky interior buttons and panels are a known issue on 2000s–2010s cars: the soft-touch coating breaks down in heat. It can be removed and refinished. A battery maintainer prevents most electrical complaints on a Ferrari parked for weeks.
Paint
Ferrari colours range from solid reds to multi-layer tri-coats. Many cars have thin factory paint on edges. We measure thickness panel by panel before any polishing, colour-match repairs with spray-out cards, and recommend PPF on the nose, front wings and rear-wheel arches, where stone chips concentrate.
What we check
- Cambelt age on belt-driven V8s
- F1 clutch wear data, pump and accumulator
- DCT fluid condition and adaptation
- Carbon-ceramic disc wear vs specification
- Nose-lift hydraulics and front-end hoses
- Battery health after long parking

Questions
How do I know if my F1 clutch needs replacing?
We read clutch wear and kiss-point data from the gearbox control unit, then road-test. A slipping clutch shows it in the data before it shows on the road. If the clutch still has life, the problem is often the pump, accumulator or fluid.
My Ferrari has been parked all summer. What should be checked?
Battery, tyre pressures and flat-spotting, fluids, brake discs (surface rust), rubber hoses and the air-conditioning. Then a road test to full temperature. On older cars we also check fuel lines and the F1 hydraulics.
Can sticky interior buttons be fixed?
Yes. The degraded soft-touch coating is removed and the parts are refinished in a durable coating. It is done part by part and returns a clean, matt finish.
Will an independent service affect my Ferrari warranty?
It depends on the warranty and maintenance programme of your car. Check their terms. We do not claim manufacturer status, and we tell you when a job is better done inside the manufacturer network.
Are you a Ferrari dealer?
No. Bella Motor is an independent workshop, not affiliated with or authorised by Ferrari.
