Factory-Spec Paint Thickness Repairs in Dubai
Paint work that follows manufacturer thickness standards and can’t be distinguished from the original paint
Pick-up and recovery available on request.
Buyers, dealers and inspection centres check cars with a paint-thickness gauge. Readings well above factory values reveal a repaint — and can lower the value of the car. We paint to the manufacturer’s thickness range: we measure the original paint, remove excess layers where needed and build each coat to a controlled thickness. The panel looks right and measures right.
Paint-thickness readings are a simple, objective test — which is why they are used in pre-purchase inspections. Refinishing within factory values requires more time in preparation and more control during painting. The result is a repair that meets the same measurements as the rest of the car.

Questions
What is a normal factory paint thickness?
It varies by manufacturer and panel — often roughly 80 to 160 microns including primer and clear coat. We check the unrepaired panels on your car as the reference.
Why does paint thickness matter when selling a car?
High readings suggest past damage and can lower offers from buyers and dealers.
Can you correct a previous thick repair?
In most cases, yes. We remove the excess material and refinish the panel within the factory range.
